Layer connects to Unit to import activity from the bank accounts and cards your platform issues. Deposits, card transactions, and transfers all reach the customer’s books automatically.

Setup

Grant Layer read access to your Unit data, then link each customer’s Unit accounts to their Layer business with the unit_accounts field, an array of Unit account IDs, when creating a business. Layer ingests transactions and balances from the linked accounts as new activity comes in. The accounts then behave like any other account in Layer, flowing through transaction categorization and reporting. This integration is enabled per platform.
